San Benito County Fair Entry Office

The heart and soul of any county fair is the participation of the residents of the county. From agriculture, floriculture, and home arts to photography and fine arts, there is a category for your interest or hobby. A blue ribbon, a shiny trophy - these are what motivate our participants to enter the San Benito County Fair year after year. That motivation allows you to see the best our county has to offer.

Whether your interest is in obtaining the perfect recipe for a rich chocolate cake or stopping to smell the sweet fragrance of a single rose, the Fair is sure to have an exhibit that will tickle your fancy. The fine work done by the residents of the community, especially in quilt making, is a pleasure to see. Don't miss viewing their exhibits. San Benito County has more than its share of talented artists and the display of fine arts is always a pleasure to see.

The Entry Office is encouraging everyone to use the ONLINE ENTRY PORTAL. The cost is only $2.00 per person, but it gives you complete visibility into your entry right up to delivering your exhibits for judging. You avoid the lines at the office and the system captures all the information we need to create a complete entry.

Mailed entries will be accepted if USPS postmarked on or before September 7, 2018.
Metered mail will not be accepted unless received by September 7, 2018.

Online entries will be accepted until midnight on September 6, 2018 for departments that require online entry: 4-H Still, FFA Still, Poultry, and Livestock.
The Entry Office will answer Online Entry questions on Friday morning September 7th until 10:00am. There will be a fee for this assistance. PLEASE DO YOUR ONLINE ENTRIES EARLY. WE CAN HELP BEFORE YOU HIT THE DEADLINE.

All entries for our Rabbit Show must use our Rabbit entry form.

Online Entry is easy to use.
The number of steps required to submit entries online have been scaled down and now exhibitors can enter as an individual or as a group. With the new "Group" entries feature, just one login can be created to enter mutiple exhibitors. It may be a family or a 4H club, FFA or school group.
Another great new feature of Blue Ribbon Online Entries is its responsive web design. This allows the exhibitor or login person to access the site and enter on any kind or size of input device. Devices may include a computer, tablet or smartphone. The pages automatically adjust to the screen size of the device.
